Startup error message

When I boot up my laptop I get the following message Microsoft.net framework file not found and an option to quit or continue, neither option seems to make a difference and the machine carries on as normal. So not fatal but annoying. Anyone got a clue what to do to get rid?

thanks edgex. That worked. I then had a huge box with the google end user licence not found in the screen. I solved all that by uninstalling all things google. I will now reinstall and watch very carefully......
