If you buy your Licence online and sign up for DD straight away do they also post you a paper licence? I've got a link to a personalised PDF with all the details on, however, I've moved from that address now and it's no longer needed (The new house already has one). When applying for a refund of the licence which has been paid for already you need to provide the original document.. I'm not sure I ever had one? Will a print out of the PDF suffice do you think? x
