Easymobile

Does anyone know what reception coverage is like, considering Easymobile or T-mobile Mates, I know friends who have had problems with T-mobile. Looking for cheapest mobile to mobile rates, Easymobile are only guaranteeing 3p min to 31 Dec, does anyone have any idea whether it will go up drastically after this?

easymobile uses T-mobile for reception so it'll be same as them.
  • Easymobile does better for me that O2 in Nottingham. And the discount prices may be extended. Thats what they told me when I asked. They have not decided yet.

It all depends on whether you want to pay 15p minimum charge for calls from October.
easyMobile have decided that this will help their profit margins. I would avoid.
  • I couldnt get an signal at all in the ROI,so I took out the sim card, they have charged me 75p for not using a minimum of £5 a month,"it daes my heid in"

Easymobile is the wrong name, far too much small print, hidden charges and they keep moving the goal posts every few months.

I use Easymobile, i think i'll be moving next month as my free airtime expires and

I think its a minimum charge of one minute. Which would range from 3p to 15p

    3p being Easy to Easy.

I heard that Virgin are doing a similar deal shortly - Virgin ->Virgin for 3p per minute. They also have free voicemail. Might be worth a look.

I have noticed that the t-mobile/easymobile/virgin network to be a bit ropey. But i have used quite alot of credit on voicemail on Easy as a result and at 15 per minute, quite expensive. But i think that depends where you are.

  • Below is an email I recently received:

    Dear easyMobile.com customer,

This e-mail contains important information about your easyMobile call charges.

As part of our commitment to keep you up to date, we are writing to let you know about a change to your easyMobile service .

As from 1st October 2006, calls will continue to be charged per second but with a minimum call charge of one minute.

This change has been made in line with the competition and will ensure we can continue to offer you great services.

Not so cheap!! I got my sim with £37 free credit so as soon as I've used all the credit I'll be disconnecting the sim.
