Then I would send a copy of that to BC denying you owe the money they claim you owe, or any amount at all. Also request BC desist in contacting you further over the matter.As you will read from earlier in the thread I have spoken to E.on several times and got confirmation by email from them back in June/July.
I would still suggest you also contact the supplier directly, as the Eon rep suggested similarly back in July, regarding this latest communication from the DCA."Now to trolling as a concept. .... I would have thought Vesty you could claim compensation for hassle and worry from Eon.
