Jet2 damaged baggage complaint.

Hi all,

we travelled with Jet2 in early June to Rome and on our return our checked in baggage was completely trashed. Thankfully everything inside the suitcase was undamaged but the case itself is completely ruined and now unusable.

We got all of the paperwork at the airport and sent the claim form with photographs of the damage to Jet2's address (a crummy PO Box) and still we haven't heard from them. I even telephoned them on their rip-off 09 number only to speak to some halfwit in India who didn't have a clue what I was on about - this call cost me £11!!!!

Any idea how to get in contact with them directly without having to speak to some muppet first?
