Virgin - Reconditioned Replacement Mobiles
Options
When you buy a new phone from Virgin and it goes wrong within their 12 month warranty period, you do not get a new replacement phone, but a reconditioned one. Plus the 12 month warranty continues to run from the intial date of purchase, not the replacement date of the "new" phone.
So should your phone die in month 11, then you will only get a 1 month warranty on the replacement phone.

That's standard with many networks. When my original E90 died I got a refurb from O2 as they didn't have any new ones. Not sure what the legal standing is on warranties, though, but someone on here will be able to enlighten us both, I would've thought. If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

I hate refurbs. I would much rather have my own as a repair.0
