Bought phone from carphone warehouse on 2 year Orange contract, I cannot understand it and want to exchange it> They say I cannot exchange the phone as its not faulty. What are my rights.

I assume you mean you purchased in store, which means you'd have tried the phone before you bought it; so why did you buy it if you couldn't understand it? If you bought it online you can return the phone under the Distance Selling Regulations.

I did buy instore but when I got it home I have tried to work it but its not for me, all I want is a simpler phone I can understand

So why didn't you decide that in store before you bought it? I think you're stuck with it now.

You used your rights to buy the phone. Unless they told you at that time that the phone did something different to what it does do, tough luck!
