ok, this may be an unpopular sentiment but I have heard on several occassions that people who are jealous its because they themselves have cheated and therefore assume everyone else is up to it...

Feel free to tell me to sod off.

    nail, head, hit ;)

    Goooooooooooooooooooooo Bunny :T:T

Well, I didn't get the job. The one area I wasn't too keen on was the area that they felt I didn't give enough examples of doing so perhaps I must have subconsciously not said stuff they wanted to hear because it was the part I wasn't keen on.

However.....something could still come out of it........I'll say no more for now because it might come to nothing but I might have found someone there who quite liked me (in a work sense :rotfl:) and is keen for me to join the organisation.........

Really sorry to hear that BB. Hopefully the other thing will come off!

    Well done Bunny.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • BB, sorry to hear you've not got the job. Here's hoping the 'something' else comes off.

Just had a lovely message from OH newphew after my 'lurveee' fest at the weekend. Love you too Aunty C, can't wait to see you. When are you going to be blonde again!

Gotta to love the forwardness of him, he's only 6!

nah, I really wasn't fussed Ames/LMC. I didn't want to be in a job where I was setting it up from literally nothing and had to be the mega motivated, problem solving, whizzy guru from the second I walked in the door. I had that job 10 years ago (which I did raise) and I really hated it.

Even if nothing comes of the conversation we had, the stuff he said really, really made my day.

Bunny - I'll raise you my lovely laid back DH, who doesn't mind me having male BFs!

Is Beanie about tonight or anyone based north of the border - preferably near Perth?

OH just popped in for 30 seconds and tried - and failed - to put me down about not getting the job and what hs subsequently happened.

Apparently I am the 'unemployable one' and 'obviously wasn't going to get the job as soon as he started to think about me in a different role'

My answers were 'No I'm not unemployable' (he said 'well they didn't give you the job, did they) and 'so what, the stuff he said to me really made me feel good about myself' all with a big grin on my face. :D
