I explained, it's an old work colleague who's mum has died and was feeling a tad sad, so I was offering them advise etc as I know hard grief can be and the response was I see.

Gotta smile, I think something unhealthy for lunch is in order.

I've led a sheltered life, i've never been to a F+B There is one in Poole (well I guess it's still there) but never been.

Oh dear - I thought the green eyed monster had settled for a bit, what with agreeing to converting the room to a study, etc. Poor LMC - unhealthy lunch sounds good...pizza?

Afternoon all

I've been to 2 F&B's - one was fab, the other was dire and I made the manager cry. Not a place I'd ever want to visit again.

LMC - Sounds like you're in for a bumpy time of it, stay strong and be assertive about what you will and won't take from him.

Spent another stressy morning at the hospital after DD2 collapsed at school with chest pains and trouble breathing. They put it down to a major panic attack brought on by pushing herself to far in sports day (she's got a growth issue with means she doesn't have full lung capacity). She's now home and zonked out in bed but it was all a bit hair raising!

A quiet afternoon and early night me thinks. :cool:

Only a client I pitched in bloody MAY has come back and said YES!!!!!! Its a massive campaign and sponsorship! That's 2 yes's in one day! I am so so so so so chuffed! I have been having a really good day.
