    I have a bit of a strange thing about dyeing clothes. I love putting them in all faded and a bit sad and them emerging from the machine all dark and new looking :D

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Linda, I saw a segment on this on BBC Breakfast this morning. From the small bit they showed, it looks to be very emotional.
