I complained about M-I-Ls flight being cancelled and was sending emails to Loretta.Capel@flybe.com but in spite of sending my latest message several times have not heard from her for over three weeks.
I feel I have been patient enough so how can I escalate my complaint?

With all respect, companies have customer relations departments for a reason.
Emailing a random company email address; which I'll assume belongs to a manager, will quite rightly not yield a result for the above reason.0 -
I don't call them as I am in France. They have now replied to my email to http://www.flybe.com/charter/comments.htm saying they will reply to my email dated 22nd June soon!!!!!!!0

The Flybe website directs you to a premium rate number for customer relations, so calling them is likely to be an expensive undertaking.0
