Tried the call centre and they told me to email but my emails are not being answered. So does anyone know how to escalate?

What is your complaint?
How many DAYS is it since you emailed them?
Are you contacting via your mail client or through the Contact Us section of the website? The latter is likely to produce better results.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
It is now two days since I emailed them to webmaster_de@hertz.com which is the address I was given by the call centre after the amount I was charged went up AFTER I clicked on the pay now button. I know that is not long but having been given the run around by the call centre I want this resolved now or I will try to get my bank to sort it. I have screen savers of the quote and amount charged.
Will try the contact us on the website.0 -
Have been having a real struggle getting Hertz to believe me when I said the price I was charged was not the price showing when I clicked the pay now button. But 6 emails later they have said they will investigate it. Thank goodness for screensavers.0

Can you put the screensaver in a Word doc - save as a PDF - then send as an attachment?

Don't know. I open it in Photoshop, "save for web" to reduce the size and then save as JPEG and attach to an email. I did send as GIF but they, Hertz, made out they could not open it!!! Think that was just them being awkward.0

Ok,
Once you have it as a JPEG - paste it into Word, then save as pdf - or send as Word doc.

OK can do that but they seem to be happy with the JPEG attachments which are easy to do in Photoshop.
I tend not to use Word as it is so complicated, good old NeoOffice for me.0 -

Hi,
I was assuming that they didn't have the jpeg version - if they do & can read it, then I wouldn't bother doing anything else.
