Hi all,
My first post!
I have been with O2 for just over 3 years and I upgraded last July (2009) to a Blackberry. My employer has now given me a mobile phone which I can use for business and personal use (to an extent). Basically is is possible to reduce your tariff? I can't afford to pay the rest of my contract in one go but would obviously like to reduce my monthly bill as I will no longer be using the phone.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

you pick up your phone and call O2 to ask about it, cos it matters not what folk say on here or what deals they have had, unless they work for O2 billing and accounts there is little anyone can do.
As an aside, someone had similar (posted on here) and they could only drop 1 tariff level per month.0 -
generally they let u drop £5 a month unless you throw them a bit of a sob story lol
the lowest you can go is £10
just ring 202 from your handset0
