avupdate.exe - legit?

Hi all, Was just browsing the web, when a Windows Explorer -type box popped up, telling me my computer was at risk (nothing from the Firewall, or AV), and to download a file called avupdate.exe In order to close the box, I had to download the file, but I obviously haven't run this .exe file, as I don't think it's…
