Sorry to bug you all again.

Has anyone used this company? It will offer me the most for my handset and says they will pay in full by cheque but would appreciate some feedback if anyone has any.

IMO EarthMobile are a recyling company to avoid. They are very difficult to contact once they have received any devices that have been sent for recycling. The phone number 01753 496180 goes straight to an automated system and no matter which option is selected I have only ever been connected once and managed to speak to a Russell Tilbury. Futhermore, whichever of the 4 options are chosen a recorded message tells you that the voice mail box is full and that no more messages can be left. If you choose to stay on the line and speak to an operator, or you press 0 for the operator then you'll get a message that the extension is invalid.

The web site claims that you'll be paid within 7 days, thats absolute rubbish. There are other mentions in these forums of late payments by EarthMobile and mine was exactly the same. The one time I did get through by telephone I was told that there was a backlog etc. I did eventually receive a cheque but it was more like 27 days!

Use a search engine with the term earthmobile review and you'll see that I'm not alone.

Woudl I use EarthMobile again? No.

Would I recommend EarthMobile? Emphatically not.
