They can do what they want - let them take you to court
YOU have a permit so dont owe em jack.
The registered keeper wasnt the driver let em try and prove who was - they cant.
You have had permission from your company to park there hense the permit.
Honestly a judge would laugh at their feeble attempt to con you.
Do you have a union at work ? might be useful letting them know, might also be worth having a word with the MD.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
I like this from their website
"I was not the driver, I did not know my vehicle was ticketed.
You should write to us as soon as possible. You must provide a signed declaration along with details of the driver at the time of the incident, which must include their name and address. We will then write to the person and request that they pay the amount owed. If we do not receive a response or payment or if the driver does not accept liability, liability will revert back to the registered keeper until such time as the charge is paid. It will then become then your own responsibility to seek reimbursement from the driver."
My favourite bit is the "you must provide a signed declaration "etc
This is of course a downright lie - you need do no such thing.0 -

may I suggest:
"I have spoken to my vehicle but it remains silent on the matter."
my previous vehicle spoke, it kept on saying warning vehicle reversing
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
A little bit of confidence for you OP.
I have had around 13-14 Private car parking tickets in the past 6 months, most of which are from parking at a train station, over staying at a supermarket car park and a private car park.
One word, IGNORE
These people cant force the wording they are writing to you, all the letters with threats are hot air and nothing to worry about.
The letters I had told me they would pass the matter to a Sheriff haha, there are no Sheriffs in England pmsl!
Also it stated they would get a court warrant, I ripped it up and throw it away, 3 months haven't heard a word from them.
They can't force you to pay, they have no law on there side!
Don't worry, ignore and avoid0
