My son is considering buying a second hand IPhone 3GS. He's not a huge texter nor does he make a lot of phone calls. What will be the best package for him with an IPhone?

No hard cap and it is a PAYG tariff, ie. £10=a month of 100 minutes/Unlimited Texts/Unlimited Web so he can't go over.
