  • It's not the Hilton. Here is the Hilton's 'secret hotel'.

This iconic hotel boasts an award winning spa, a huge indoor pool, a stunning bar and a fine restaurant. Situated minutes away from Victoria and Piccadilly, this modern and luxury hotel is the perfect destination for any traveller.

I think the OP's hotel is more likely to be the Midland.

This is confusing. It is the pet policy that has me stumped. The Midland says Pets are not allowed, and The Palace says they don't charge extra.
I got confused earlier because I had last minute open so was remembering what pelican... has just posted re The Hilton
Whichever one it is though all the ones mentioned are very central and nice. (From what I've heard)
"It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice." :T
  • I've managed to confirm for sure that this is the Midland.
  • Hiya yeah as the crow flys Mr.Pelican is indeed correct. I'm glad everyone else was slightly baffled too. I took a risk, lived on the edge and booked the hotel yesterday. Going north tomorrow. Woop. x

is the Park Inn Manchester Victoria

this one :Grand hotel in Manchester City Centre - This grand hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all the attractions of Manchester. The style of the hotel is contemporary, with a fantastic bar and restaurant.

is The Palace Hotel Oxford St

  • I am posting to say you guys and gals are fantastic.

I was 99% sure it was the Hilton and was seconds away from booking it for NYE for me and my hot date, I got my heart set on staying there.

I thought I'd type the keywords into google to see if anyone else had this dilemma and came across your posts. I should have known the answers would be here.
Thanks very much and have a Merry Christmas
