    Another cautious vote for a possible case of over-watering. The surface of the soil looks a bit green to me, which made me think of over-watering.

    I have had blight on Toms but it didnt look quite like this, no expert though! my toms sometimes get that yellowing on the bottom few leaves and it doesnt seem to affect the rest of the plant........get that affected foliage off and dispose of it well away from anything else just to be safe..........
