Vodaphone Bill

Hi guys,

Would appreciate any advice you can give.

I left Vodaphone about a month ago because my contract was coming to an end - ordered my PAC halfway through a month after my previous bill, all went fine, number was transferred to O2 no problem. Got a Vodaphone bill for around £16 which is roughly half of my monthly contract - that was fine having used the contract for half a month, paid it and thought that was the end of it, being the final bill. I then cancelled the monthly DD and forgot about it.

Yesterday I got an email (and today a text) saying that my new bill was available and was overdue. Now firstly - I assumed that I was all paid up, am I wrong to think that? Secondly, if I do have a bill to pay, I can't see it because my online account disappeared when the PAC went through and therefore can't pay online. They then threaten to suspend my account if I don't settle it (which doesn't really frighten me considering I no longer use them....)

My concern is a) do I owe them anything if my PAC went through within the final period of my contract and I paid that final half bill? I thought the PAC terminated the contract within that contract endzone? And b) If I don't owe them anything and don't pay, are there any repurcussions? I don't want to harm my credit rating over something stupid.

Thanks for any help, it's confused me somewhat.
