There are plenty of people who come on here with genuine grievances and understandably so. I wish them all the best in sorting whatever issues they might have and am more than happy to give advice where I can. There are very few threads on here, however, made by people who've had a good experience with their mobile network, so I thought I'd do one.
About three weeks ago, I sorted my wife with a 3GS on Three. At the time neither of us remembered to ask for the "refer a friend" bonus of £45 credit, so I thought I'd ring Three this morning.
The quality of the line wasn't great and at one point I got cut off: the woman in CS rang me straight back. I explained the situation and, after checking that my wife did indeed have a new account with them, I was informed that a note had been put on her account and that we would both receive the welcome bonus after the account had been active for sixty days. I have to say I was very impressed. I didn't have to harrass or harangue anyone or demand to speak to a manager. The CS rep didn't even try and sell me anything. I didn't have to lose my temper. Apart from the poor line quality, I have to say it was quite a pleasant experience.
This may be the exception that proves the rule but for once I had a happy experience with a customer service department and I thought it only right that I share it and give credit where it was due.

Having read much of what you have posted on here I have to say I think you deserve a lot of credit for your honesty and openness. Given the amount of bile that gets vented on here about CS departments it would be very easy for you to become very defensive in your responses. I hope that CPW appreciate what a good employee they seem to have in you.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button
