Can't see why ANY bbu to combi should take one man more than 3 1/2 days, even with a proper powerflush.
2 blokes, one week is really taking the pee. I would sack them both if they worked for me! No wonder councils/housing associations don't have any money if they employ slackers like this.0 -
Easy answer to this one.
Call 0800 408 5500, and make sure they know you are a tenant.
Tell them that the installer left a working fire despite the fact that the spillage was noted, and request an urgent inspection. Resist the temptation to vent your frustration over the phone, save it for the inspector when he can see the proof.
Expect the inspection to be soon, it could well be the same day if you call in the morning.0 -

They don't they have to employ contractor that they have no control over/ try to make a job last as long possible to make maximum profits from our tax money.0
