Best network 2010
Options
Have read so many posts recently about either poor Orange CS or Vodafone are liars or 3 are C--- or T-Mobile are rubbish. I thought I would run a pole and ask MSE members which network are they happy with and why ? That way we can see if all networks are the same or if some do indeed stand out from the crowd.

I am happy with 3 network, never had any problems with them that I wasn't able to sort out quickly, they let me upgrade to the newest phone available for free, including the iphone4
and in general I have been a happy customer for about 7 years!
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I've been with Three for about 5 years. Very happy with the coverage and prices. Upgrade time is always a bit stressful but when I have had problems with a phone being broken, they dealt with it quickly and well.
I'm perfectly happy with them.0 -
why not try to get the recent (july 2010) ofcom survey report! three won ten out of 12 categories of ofcom survey of all network customers.bubblesmoney :hello:0

I'm happy with T-Mobile, though whether they are the best... I'm not sure. Least they have the fairest of the fair usage policy's of the major networks.0

What defines best? T Mobile CS have been good to me, got me changed to Android 3GB limit- have a high limit for data and I get a good signal, but someone in a poor signal area is going to be peeved.0

To be fair Vodafone have been pretty good to me. I had one or two teething troubles when I switched to SIM only from PAYG but they got ironed out pretty quickly - they fixed my phone quickly and without fuss when it broke and were happy to help me with a better tarriff when I asked. They were good to me on PAYG as well - the signal is good and the staff in their shops are generally pretty good - when I bought my Tocco the bloke in the Voda shop was really patient and helpful when I dithered and I went away feeling happy I had the phone I really wanted.
I know theres a multitude of others had problems with Voda but I'm quite happy*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
o2 have dropped in customer service and their network coverage is a bit hit and miss these days.0
