So, just to be clear, I think there is little chance that you have as much as a GCSE in woodwork, much less an honours degree.
And I also have a suspicion that you still live at with your mummy and daddy. Perhaps daddy is the Chartered Surveyor? Or maybe you do some cleaning for one? Either way, I don't believe it's you.
And, evidently, you're no kind of landlord either, as your OP question was akin to a brain surgeon asking the nurse which end the head was!
And, finally, your screen name? Chucknorris? Nah.... WalterMitty.
Is it getting childish and too drawn out? Yes of course it is, I played my part in it too I realize that.
somebody who calls themself Wee Willy takes the micky out of some one called Chuck Norris - now that is irony0 -

Chucknorris assumes his licensee is a tenant and evicts accordingly = no problem.
Chucknorris assumes his tenant is a licensee and evicts accordingly = illegal eviction = possible BIG problem.
And, of course, that BIG problem would be his, not yours, not mine. I've merely suggested that he should examine the matter further which, considering the possible outcome, seems like very sensible advice. I'm sure you would agree.0 -

I am only guessing, but I think that WWH's posting name is in homage to the great rock and roller from the fifties - Wee Willy Harris. I am of an age to remember him and he was very popular and really helped to bring r anr to the UK. Here's a link:

Well spotted, and very close. It's actually a homage to Ian Dury's homage in "Reasons to be cheerful (Pt 3)"
