When one of the most intelligent bullish posters jokes as he has done in the OP, you know it's nearly all over. :D

They think it's all over... it is now!

The number of homes sold in the UK in June rose by 21% from May to 86,000, HM Revenue & Customs has said.

It would appear chucky was bang on the money.

As a Scotsman, it may shock you to hear that I actually wanted the English team to do well at the World Cup.

My only criticism is the media who over inflate their expectations.

If anyone want to look at bubbles, just look at the English Media's expectation of how successful their competition will go.

It seems it's also cyclical with the bubble bein gpopped every two years.

similar to house prices, Scotland buble never seems to get inflated in the same way ;)

This would take some beating icon7.gif

Not that old chestnut,it would be nice to start a poll on here, bet more than 95% of owners on here bought a house to live in.

Are you talking about the entire forum or just this sub section?

Because if it's just here, your numbers are way out ;)
