As funny as it is, there no need to lower yourself in saying 'round my way' anecdotals with no link of proof.
You'll be tarred with the falacy of posts that other 'round my way' posters receive.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Good point.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Good point.
As a Scotsman, it may shock you to hear that I actually wanted the English team to do well at the World Cup.
My only criticism is the media who over inflate their expectations.
If anyone want to look at bubbles, just look at the English Media's expectation of how successful their competition will go.
It seems it's also cyclical with the bubble bein gpopped every two years.
similar to house prices, Scotland buble never seems to get inflated in the same way

that may turn out to be a shrewd venture.
I also understand they have already had a large correction.:wall:

Frankly, if I'm bearish about UK property, I'm positively polar bearish about the PIIGS. Spain has got 20% unemployment, a tourist industry that relies on UK/European prosperity and a massive over-supply.
So it might be a good investment, probably about the time they return to the Peseta!0
