Strange Viewer

So I had a viewer last week a cashbuyer but was really stange, below are a list of things that caught my attention :
He arrived with a clipboard
He didnt actually walk into any rooms apart from kitchen
After I showed him round the house he didnt even go back through the house to go to his car
I have never seen anyone view a house so quickly in my life, he told the agent that the house was nicely presented and good size living room but the garage was a bit small, but was not ruling my house out, confused?

what s confusing ? he obviously knows exactly what he wants... once you have seen a few dozen houses they all blur into one... i used to make notes on a clipboard when i went round looking to buy investment property - nothing odd about that.....0

Weird or not, he's not interested. That's about the sum of it.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Sounds like he was from one of those 'we buy your property from you' companies, rather than a private buyer."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Why tell estate agent that he liked the house and not ruling it out, would rather people be honest, I am honest when I view a house as it doesnt do the vendor any good!0 -

You know I was thinking that too, I have had viewers that are not interested but this was just weird, he just didnt spend any time at all, so fast0 -
Agent should find out all the things about him prior to viewing, so shouldn't be too much of a surprise when things like this happen.I'm an estate agent. :j0
