I've no idea Butti, my mum's just found it and I've been putting her off by saying I don't use it much, and pleading ignorance when she asks me how to do stuff on it.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    HELP

Forget all your problems, money, relationships, a large JCB about to demolish your house....

My Dad wants to be my friend on facebook. How do I say No to this without saying No. He's my Dad, he's not my friend and he is a very difficult character in my life

This may not work... Could you not explain that facebook is fun and for your friends not family. If he wants to speak to you, you would rather he call and hear/know stuff from you in a personal sence rather than on a 'facebook wall'. Therefore you are declining his invitation but its nothing personal _confused__by_ChaosEmeraldHunter.gif

Well done on the running though :T

Hello, I have returned from the race, it was excellent, the heavy rain stopped just as I arrived at the park so it was lovely and fresh for running, not muddy either which was surprising!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
