BB hope the interview went well, waved as I drove by

I looked out for you near the station/around Hungerhill roundabout as I hopped down the last bit of Holes Bay Road :D

phew.........well, what can I say. Probably the most positive feeling interview - ever - apart from when I got the job with someone in the past, but I was put through the mill a bit. I hate the 'how do you prioritise your workload/how do you communicate/what would you do in the first few days of your job' type question. I just feel like saying '!!!!!!, look at my CV and get references. I wouldn't have the things I've done listed there if I couldn't juggle a few balls every now and again''

    I didn't though.......I launched into my best management speak...:rotfl:

Will hear within 48 hours if I am through to the second interview. I hate the second interview malarkey - if 3 people on a panel can't choose between 5 or 6 people after a 30 minute exercise, a 10 minute presentation and then questioning and then a 45 minute interview, what else is there to ask?!!

Maybe it would just be too easy for them BB to decide after that. I wonder if at second interview you are juggling flaming hoops on a unicycle.

    Well done by the way,

puts away sword swallowing kit and looks for 'flame juggling for dummies' on amazon :rotfl:

stunning location Sal, although I think it would be in the HQ building over the road which is more a 60s tower block but boy the college is beautiful. Amazing place to learn.

Just read Martin's facebook message, my dad's mortgage is with Yorkshire, I hope he's not affected.

    afternoon

Tired, grumpy, lovely to meet Luc and Nathan for lunch but could really have done without some comments made today...Oh well I can't please everyone all the time

    *wonders what she said...

she invited whomever wanted to come but unfortunately I didn't send out specific invites and remember myself (while I also think of all the other things going on) to invite everyone...not that I was responsible for sending invites or inviting people.

    Phew - wasn't me:D

Next time I'm in the area I'll make sure its a holiday so we can get more time and I can meet Bea and more people can make it.

    Well if anyone can...

Sorry not to have caught up with you BB. If I'd known when you were going to be done, had a clue where to find you and had your number I would have waited around to meet you. Next time x

aww, that's ok :D Not a problem, Sally asked on FB this morning if I wanted to meet up but I was in my interview from just after lunch until about 3.45. I thought of you both as I left because there is a lovely waterfront cafe there for staff/delegates etc I can't see they would have had an issue with us using it but I know you'd both left Poole by then.

My shopping is in a broken down Asda van........pfft.......oh well, poor guy now trying to deliver twice as much stuff will have his work cut out for him.
