Misinformed about phone contract period!
Hi guys, im hoping someone can help me!
I am on a contract with Orange which, when i bought it in April 2009, was told it was for 18 months by the sales advisor in the shop.
I heard that you can upgrade or cancel your phone up to six months before renewal so decided to look into it on their website.
Either way, I was a bit confused and it seems that i have been put on a 24 month contract instead without me realising.
Is there anything i can do or do i need proof that i was told that it was 18 month and not 24 month?
Also im a bit worried because i have not realised this for over a year
Any help is really appreciated as i was quite looking forward to my contract being up s i get no signal in my house!!
Thank you!

Don't you have any paperwork, that states you been on a 18 month contract.
Especially since you bought it from the shop they normally provide documentation.0 -
You must have signed a piece of paper in the shop. What does this say?0
