Best Mobile Phone tarriff?

Hi,

Whats the best mobile phone contract deal at the moment? I dont want to go with 3, have heard alot of bad reviews on dropped calls.

I dont really text but would like some free mins (about 400 would be sufficient). Not too bothered about the phone, as I have a nice one which I am happy to carry on using.

O2 do some phone free contracts with no tie ins:

You may find taking out a normal contract with a new phone works out better as you a) can get cashback from shops/sites like e2save and Carphonewarehouse and b) sell the phone on ebay for more money.

If you go online, don't forget to use quidco for some extra cash too.

I'm on T Mobile's Flext tariff which is quite cool. I get an "allowance" per month and can spend it on whatever I like i.e. mins or texting ... so its not the same as tradition tariffs which are x mins and x texts per month.
