Stupid Question of the Week

OK, so I'm trying to get the best deal for an HTC Desire on Vodafone. I was looking at these plans on the website. (See URL below) Here's the stupid question: I can't work out if the 'online exclusive - save £5 per month' has already been applied? So, is the price on the first plan £30pm or £25pm? I would have expected it to be £25pm, but when you put it in the basket and go to checkout, it stays as £30.
Also, I have just called Vodafone, and they made an offer that was worse than the deal on the web, despite the fact that this is a contract that is more than 10yrs old and is almost invariably overspent on, sometimes by a lot. Is this normal? I have request the PAC - should I expect them to call back?
Thanks in advance for any answers

"Web Exclusive" deals already have the discount applied. More often than not when you ring up the deal they offer will be worse than what you get via the website because the network have to pay their staff commission on sales made over the phone whereas online deals don't require them to make that payment.
If you decide to go ahead with buying then may I suggest that you go through a cashback site? Topcashback are currently offering £90 if you buy your contract via their site. I should imagine similar deals are also available via Quidco and the others, too.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

Thanks! So the cost is £30pm? Hmm.
Thank you for the tip about cashback.0
