Housing Benefit Overpayment - Interview under Caution / CRB?

I stand corrected. The fact that they have an entire section of their website called "Information for Applicants:Individuals who have applied for a CRB check" was a bit misleading. Having a look through, as Janninew says, you appear to need to use the services of an umbrella company, a list of which is available on the site if you search under "umbrella". My appoligies for any confusion my error may have caused.0

Thanks Jannine, and Wee Willy (Love the name!)
It looks like, that I'm not going to be able to apply :-(
My Council's website, states that "..if an applicant shows a pattern of offending - ie - has had two or more convictions, which are drink related, then the Council may request the medical records, from the applicant's GP.."
I realise, that is says "may request", however if the Council see my past health issues, and problems with drink, they may well ask for my GP's records, and would then revoke the licence anyway, as I would have withheld that info :-/
Thanks,

I am a little confused on this also. OP, if you are claiming ESA for alcohol and anxiety issues, do you really think that you are fit to drive a cab? If you do, should you still be claiming ESA?Gone ... or have I?0
