    Has anyone got one of the upright freezers? I have one but haven't any papers or correspondence to refer too.

    It has been beeping for 24 hours as I think the door sensor is not working. I need to ring them for assistance but cannot find any numbers.

    Please help. Has anyone got a helpline number for them?
