Having read through the terms for this it states you must always have the router switched on but how will this work if internet provider interupts service or there are problems in your area? Are you breaching the contract?:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Not according to the small print, but they contact you if it's out for >24 hours.
I was about to fill in the form- but then I saw the bit about
"RLtec may, and you agree to give RLtec access to your home to, remove, maintain and repair the Equipment at any reasonable time subject to reasonable notice being provided by RLtec, except where access may be required immediately, for example in order to deal with any emergency situation, in which case you agree to RLtec entering your home without, or with short notice.
