I have just had a very unwelcome experience with Sky Digital who I thought were linked with Sky with regard to their entended warranties and who are in fact no connected to them at all. They are obtaining data for clients of Sky somehow and then phoning and selling extended warranty cover which I unfortunately took up.
Having contacted them this week to fix a problem with me they are just awful to deal with. Don't return calls, don't keep appointments and are rude and unprofessional over the phone. Sky themselves are investigating them and I am trying to get my money back off them.
Please, please stay away from this company. Contact Sky direct with regard to extending warranties. I understand this company were on Watchdog a while ago.

Had a call yesterday from a company working on behalf of Sky looking at warranties.
Now they said my HD box warranty was due to expire, when i said it had expired long ago they apologised and hung up. Thinking about it now perhaps they were for real but you would think that they would know it expired 2 years ago so maybe was bogus0
