Dubious charges

I currently have a £15/m contract with Vodafone with a Nokia 5800, I have no internet included in the package.
Over the last few months I have been receiving WAP charges on random days at midnight despite the fact that my phone has no WAP or internet settings installed on. This happened before (this is when the WAP and internet settings were deleted) but the problem has since re-appeared.
I have also received large bills for going over my minutes usage. Looking at the bill this is for calling my girlfriend for long periods of time despite the fact that if we talk for a long time she calls me.
If I can prove that the WAP charges are dubious, can I use this to question the authenticity of the phone charges too.
Thanks, Chunkykibbles

You need to raise it with Vodafone first. Give them the opportunity to sort it out and then come back here.0

are they £1.50 or £4.50 for example.
you can ask Vodafone for the contact details of the company charging for the service.0 -

No, these are for varying amounts of various days all charged at midnight.0 -
Hi chunkykibbles
I can understand your concern if you’re incurring charges that you were not expecting. I would like to look further in to this for you.
Can you please e-mail us here placing WRT135 in the subject title & we’ll be happy to check on this for you.
Kind regards,
