just be aware.curtains that have been washed are not new IMO
if i select new in the item specifics then thats what i expect to find on my searches0 -

Totally agree washed curtains aren't new. I would have listed them as used then as you did explained in the listing that they had been washed but weren't hung. The neutral is a little harsh as you explained in your listing.
Just respond to the neutral saying a full refund was offered. It shouldn't effect any sales0 -

I would agree with above posters that the curtains wouldn't be considered "new" in my opinion, as they had been washed.
That said, if the listing specifics said used and the explanation given, I would definitely think the neutral was harsh on the buyer's part. Why did she think you had sold them as "new" if not described as that OP?
If I were you, I would leave a polite response to her fb to say that they were not sold as "new", unless otherwise.0 -
