    im lucky theres no chain at all just us as ftbs and them that want rid so just the 2 of us. fingers crossed for no problems.

    My mum is just about to buy a new home - there is only her in the chain - nothing to sell as she sold in December and moved in with us (nooooooooooo) and the new one is empty (owner going into residential care). Hopefully it should all go smoothly but you all have my sympathies - selling and buying is not nice.
