cheap but good camcorder for a confused man

Hi I'm looking for hints for a camcorder under £350.00. With an internal memory of at least 60gb as well as accepting cards/sticks etc..
HD preferable but if it means I get a better camera then I'd guess it maybe something I'd forgo
Decent optical and digital zoom. Night recording a must as I'm on safari for my honeymoon.
I've read loads of reviews and just when i think I find one I like.. I get the negative reviews.
All and any ideas geatfully received.
