Sky

Sky offered me £24 for 6 months then i think it goes up to the normal price of £40 for the final 6 months which is for sky tv (HD), Internet and telephone. I got 1/2 price line rental which is why I got £24.

Anyway the bill came and they have charged me £29 then on top of that it will be £5.50 line rental taking it to £34. Well i complained after several calls and they are going to listen to the recorded conversation because i was under the impression when i got the deal that it was £24 for everything.

Thinking of going to Virgin as they have fibre optic broadband, not sure we haven't received the router as well. the deal also came with vouchers and also the my friend also got the M&S vouchers will we have to return them.

As any one else been in a similiar position.

thanks

Garcon.
