Secunia PSI, as mentioned by Esuhl is a brilliant free security application, it keeps track of all the software on your PC, and when new vulnerabilities in those apps are discovered, it alerts you about them, and provides download links for updates for the vulnerable software, apparently the latest version can even download/apply the updates automatically, pretty cool!0
