Grrrr Orange - loyalty discount
A little annoyed with Orange.
I have just had my first bill since upgrading to the iPhone, and my existing loyalty discount seems to have vanished
When I was looking at upgrading, I was assured on more than one occasion that my existing loyalty discount (10%) would remain – that I had it for life. However, as I was going for an iPhone, I wouldn't get the next tier of discount (15%).
I was also assured this in the shop when I upgraded.
However – looking at my online bill today, there is no sign of it.
Not very happy now!
Also i have recently noticed that i am being charged for itemised billing. They never used to charge me for this, and it appears they just snuck this in at some point.

The Orange shop can't do an upgrade and keep the 10% loyalty discount on, they never have been able to.
The upgrade would've had to have been done over the telephone.0 -
Itemised billing has been chargeable for quite some time, it was free for me for a while but then i go charged so stopped it.
No idea about the upgrade loyalty though.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

But when I upgraded last time around 15 months ago) (the first time as only been with Orange around three years) I upgraded in the shop.0 -
Are Orange TOTAL numpties?!
I have filled in an online feedback form on their website, and it has come back into my emails as "undeliverable". The email address it states it is trying is customer.services@orange.co.uk
Is this Oranges way of getting out of accepting emails!!0
