  • well i went on the website to look for mens pants and socks (couldn't find any!), 3 and 4 year old girl clothing and unisex newborn.
Prob put about 12 things in my basket and when i came to pay there were only 2 items left! 2 x £1 t-shirts and not worth the delivery charge as would take them over full price!
    Hmm:mad:
  • Hi ladies,

I too was worried about not recieving the items that I ordered last night on the internet so I decided to check out what my local store had available. The aim was to buy them in store if they were available and cancel my online order.

I went to the main store in Manchester city centre and I have to say i'm very pleased that I ordered last night. I only really buy things from the limited collection and they had next to nothing available. They only had 1 of my 5 items I ordered and i've since decided that it will be going back. It was a nice experience to see all the stock in real life and I ended up buying a lovely indigo top that I wouldn't have seen otherwise, but apart from that it wasn't worth it for me.

There is so much more stock available online for the limited collection and in a variety of sizes- it was almost like the store didnt stock all of the lines- but I know they have done because I have seen them there in the past... they either haven't been put out yet or the stock has been sold before it gets chance to be put in the sale.

Thats my 2 cents worth... save yourselves the hassle and order online :D

Shoreham Holmbush had lots of adults clothes in. I was there at 8:30 this morning and it was getting busy but they had alot of stock especially Per Una and alot of underwear. The kids stuff will be gone by this afternoon I reckon though as there wasn't much. The home stuff was flying off the shelves too.

Oh and a heads up is that theres half price lego online.

Pretty disappointed instore, came away with nothing. Ordered 4 pairs of shoes, 2 tops and 2 trousers last night online. Really wanted some white beaded toepost shoes but they had sold out both online and instore. I was surprised by the lack of summer shoes in the sale.
  • The kids clothes is a lot more expensive than in previous sales, I'm very surprised how much everything is, they've had fantastic sales in the past.

Just 'done' M&S Bluewater! Queues quite long for tills, but still only took 10 - 15 mins. Lots of people, but not a bun fight! Got loads of stuff including a suit reduced from £149 to £59 - well happy!

Just had a look online - was very good - filled basket, then realised that I didnt actually need any of the stuff. So didnt bother! Good sale though.
