Mobile Phone Insurance: A cheaper policy

Recently been through the pitfalls of mobile phone insurance. Amazing how much money companies like Carphone Warehouse, Phones 4U, and The Link are charging. I'm sure they offer quality cover, but at £9.99 per month for a 3 Video Phone, I've looked elsewhere.
Searching through the web I've come across CUSC Ltd who offer full Theft & Loss cover for £4.99 a month. Yet cheaper if you're not insuring a 3G phone, or you don't need the loss cover.
You can take out the insurance online, https://www.cusc.co.uk, and so far so good. Policy documents don't appear to have pitfalls.
Anyone else used CUSC?

to be honest, you'd be better checking your house contents insurance first.....
When I lost my last phone, we were covered on the house contents insurance adn all I had to pay was a £50 excess...... much better than paying out every month!0
