Best provider for P2P

Which is the best provider that doesn't restrict P2P applications? I am currently with NTL which I have found really cheap and had an excellent service. I am moving house to a non-NTL road. Any ideas?

I like Zen myself.
They have no p2p restrictions and are regarded as one of the best in the business.
Not the cheapest around mind but you get what you pay for.0 -

Been with Zen myself for a long time now. Never had a single problem/fault/slowdown/downtime/anything. It just works full speed 24/7 for me (no matter what I'm downloading). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
