Hi there,
Just wondering if this sounds right, so i have been with sky for 16 years, and i phoned up one day to ask if there are any special offers, and the guy said(after trying to sell me bb and phone) ok, we'll give you half price on the package you're on, i've only got entertainment and 4 packs package, i have just added HD. I phone up today to try and add movies1 and 2, and the girl says, that cancels out your half price, i just said to forget it.
So even though they have given me half price for my package, i don't expect to pay half price for the movies too, so does that mean they are doing themselves out??
Thanks
malima

yes, thats how it was for me as well. I am on a half price deal with sky. Later on I wanted to add another package for which they said my original offer will be gone if I do that. Which sounds very stupid. Why would they not want more business from their customers??0
