Lost paying in slip
Comments
-
Seems a bit of a coincidence, lost receipt, lost payment.
It does happen - it once happened to me with a NatWest branch in Manchester.
Fortunately I eventually found the paying in slip screwed up in a coat pocket - they were very obnoxious even after I had provided the evidence because I hadn't been able to instantly put my hands on the slip
I had not made any mistake on the paying in slip but someone who had input the payment had keyed in a wrong number (that's what I was told anyway).
I shut the account anyway, not because of the error - we can all make mistakes, but because of their snotty attitudeDebt at 15/8/ 2010 £304,984 (includes £267K mortgage )
Trying to get below £300K by Christmas
One debt in 100 days - pay £3985 by 10/12 Weekly spend challenge £29.84/£35.000 -

Thanks,
You were lucky you found your slip, his seems to have disappeared of this planet.
P.S. I like your user name, brings back wonderful memories of Enid Blyton's magical books.
