Unbilled usage

Hi guys does anyone know what this means on my bill ? Has you can see I have not gone over my agreed plan so im confused lol .. You can see the cost for the phone call at the side and I have 600 minutes on my agreed plan .. I could be reading to much into it and I know its under unbilled but It also does say that will go ontop on my plan .. Cheers

11 second call to a number not included in your price plan maybe?

I was told the agreed plan was any network any time tho, and the number I actually called was vodafone number.. And has you can see I still have nearly all my minutes

You need to query it then, as the number was blacked out I thought it might have been maybe an 0845 or 0870 number.

I have posted it on the vodafone forum but nobody uses it and I aint gonna call them if its gonna cost more lol ... I thought because Its gonna be my first bill tham maybe I was looking and reading it wrong but am I right, I am gonna be charged for that ?

No-one can say for sure until your bill is taken from your bank.

oh by the way the number is a 0870 number but its the vodafone number,

Then chances are you will pay for this call. Might be worth checking out https://www.saynoto0870.com to find a geographical number for them so that you can call them from inside your inclusive minutes. I, of all people, now know what can happen when you call outside your inclusive minutes, check out my latest thread about a £121 bill on a £15 contract.

I just chatted to someone on vodafone website and and they said the number I called was a chargeable number lol ... lucky its a tuppence call for 11 seconds, With this being my first contract phone. I didn't even think about it lol ... My agreed plan is 600minutes anytime any network, unlimited texts and 500mb internet which I guess aint bad for £25.
