  • Great news - Today I started de cluttering my wardrobe to see what I had for a car boot and I found a long lost credit card (nil balance!) and a £20 note in the pocket of a pair of walking trousers that I haven't worn since February!

I also check everyday to see how everyone is doing it does help to keep focussed. :)

This seems like a wonderful way to save some pennies

I'd like to go for bronze on the savings side please and see how I do. I won't be counting the money from the sealed pot challenge either.

I've had a bit of a clear out of some cabinets and sent a load of stuff I'll never use to the auction, so I'm waiting to see how much that has made to start me off
An of course it will soon be time to get my ebay box out and sell odds and ends...it all mounts up

That's fantastic, I love it when that happens. :j I'm off to check old handbags and clothes, not expecting to find anything, but every little helps. Managed to get DD's bedroom finished (almost) and it looks brill - she loves it which is the main thing, trouble is DD1 now want's hers doing aswell. :rotfl:

Have a great day everyone. x

yayyy, made (minus the £5.05 I paid special deliver) £48.86 from hatton garden metals for 2 piees of broken gold, plus £10.66 from music magpie so thats £59.52 to my xmas fund
  • £2.50 from a mystery shop.

Just had a survey but the page failed to load then when i tried to go back in said id already completed it  that would have taken me over the £25 payout amount

    Now up to £29.50 :j
  • Another £3 payout due.
    Barclaycard 3800

Nothing to do but hibernate till spring

  • Hi

Can I join please? Other than my meagre sealed pot I've got nothing tucked away for Xmas - which is only 4 months away!

I'll go for silver please. Today I received £25 m&s reward vouchers & £11 tesco rewards-which I will double up to £20 to get toys for my nephews. So a good start I think. Going to work out a plan this weekend otherwise time will just slip by.......

    Good luck everyone.

  • Hello to all the cracker challengers.

Found Music Magpie (Thanks knithappens) and have just sent off my first batch - £28.75 to come. :T

Got a text yesterday and have been offered some extra work next Friday - £49.98 after tax. :j

Received £6 M&S vouchers with my cc statement - they need to be used by 30 Nov but I will use them toward presents. :)

Am still clicking through the surveys and waiting to get to payout levels and I have some old gold to sell but I don't have any scales so will have to go to a jewellers first.

    New total £126.23 :D

    Keep going everyone
